As the Griffin brothers are working on the efforts of guardianship for Douglas, let us implore St. Joseph, Foster father of Jesus for his help.Remember, O most chaste Spouse of the Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who implored your help and sought your intercession was left unassisted. Full of confidence in your power, I fly unto you, and beg your protection. Despise not, O foster-father of the Redeemer, my humble supplication, but in your bounty, hear and answer me. Amen.
Now is the time for healing. Peace to Julie, the Griffins, and the Jensens. Lions and lambs can and do lie down together–especially when it’s necessary.
Pax.

God Bless Your family, I hope that Julie’s Sons will soon know what a wonderful family they have. This story Needed to be told and I Hope that you take comfort in the fact that Julie’s story will save lives. Much Comfort to you.
The Greene Family Washington State
I just finished watching the 48 hours show on Julie’s death. One thing that suprised me that was not mentioned (hopefully someone saw this) was the handwritten note from her husband’s daily planner. Mark Jensen’s side of the story is that she searched online for poisons and wrote this note listing the different ‘suicide’ methods ‘she’ was concidering. Did anyone compare the handwritting on the note to the letter? They were 100% written by different people. If Mark believes that she wrote the note then who does he believe wrote the letter that he didn’t even know about until after the fact? It had to have been someone that knew about the note in his planner.
I am very thankful that the truth (in my humble opinion) has come out and he is behind bars.
As far as what is said about her brother’s doing ‘what they have done to her sons’ that was done by her husband. After Julie was out of the way, of course it was easy for him to blame her, there was no one to tell the boys otherwise, so of course they believe their father. And why wouldn’t he take good care of them – they were not in the way and they were his children.
God bless the Griffin family for their patience in dealing with this horrible situation!
Julie is always in my thoughts. A ROSE FOR JULIE & ALL OF YOU !

Dearest Julie,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you. We love and miss you.
I just read Julie’s story in the New York Daily News. She seemed like a warm and loving person and a wonderful mother to David and Douglas!
Take comfort in the fact that there is a God above and he will see to it that Mark receives his just punishment for the crime he has committed! I only hope he spends the rest of his life behind bars!
I also wish that your family is reunited with your nephews so that they can learn the truth about their father!
Julie-Rest in Peace!

I watched this trial twice on court TV and still cannot understand after all the people she spoke to and the letter she wrote why she is gone. I saw this as crys for help. Someone should have investigated this before he took her life not after.
God Bless you Julie and may you rest in peace.
I attended school with Julie, went to church, Sunday School and was confirmed with Julie at Trinity Lutheran. It sounds like she remained true to herself from childhood to adulthood. An innocent…lost!
My heart hurts for the ongoing loss and pain that is felt each day by friends and family members.
God bless Julie’s family and may Julie be rocked in the arms of the Almighty.

Beautiful, glorious and sacrificing self for renewal,
you build a pyre and set yourself ablaze. For the
sake of self. Red bird of fire you come forth through
your ashes a new bird shedding the old self which no
longer is needful. You embrace your new strength and
fly to the heights of the sky to the city of the sun and
give the ashes unto the alter of the sun god for your
immortality. Embrace yourself for you are a child of
the sun and will live eternal through birth, death, and
renewal! The spirit never dies!
My heart goes out to your family. I met you at a recent UW-Madison day when we discovered that both of our children are Nat. Merit Scholars. I talked a bit with you and we had lunch together. You struck me as a very thoughtful and caring person, but I could almost sense a sadness about you. At the time, I knew nothing of your sister’s death. Yesterday, I saw a program about it and recognized you immediately. I’m sure Julie was proud of you and your brothers. Bless you all.
I cannot imagine what your family continues to go through. Your sister seemed like she was all about family. Even giving too much benefit of the doubt to her husband. I did not know her but I do know she did not deserve what happened to her. Not only were you robbed of a future with your sister, but she was robbed of a future with her children who may never really know the beautiful person she was. As well as the fact that they were probably the reason she stayed with her husband.
How difficult it must be to have the loves of her life still with the other woman. Find solace in the fact that she is now and angel that will forever watch over your family and her boys now. It will never be as good as having her back, but I know she is probably at peace now that her murderer is in prison and hopefully will never get out. I pray that your nephews will one day seek you out for more on who their mother was, and learn the truth about the person they call Dad. Stay strong and resilient as you have been.
Peace and blessing to your family.
Now IS the time for the healing processes to wrap about the victims families; but I know; for some, that healing will be longtime in coming. The Album, ‘Voices From Beyond’ created by Patrick and the family is a ‘work of Love and a special work of Art’. Wonderful, Inspiring and Soothing; it truly commemorates the Life of this lovely lady_Julie Jensen Griffin. But I also feel it is a testament to the lives of countless other women, like Julie; whose lives were so mercilessly taken by men they had loved and trusted. A Memorial for all of them, A Remembrance and Dedication to their Lives–showing Love, and that people truly cared for each and every one.
Thank you to the Griffin Family–for such a wonderful Gift of Music, May all blessings be yours, with Peace abundant. R I P Julie We all love you, and will never forget this heart rendering story of your precious life
.
In Peace and with Love
